The British invasions of Prasian Island were a series of unsuccessful invasions of Prasian Island in which Great Britain attempted to take control of Prasia, which was then a Spanish colony. The first invasion occured in 1601, and saw the British invading southern Ponedera and destroying several settlements there. The second, and arguably the most destructive, took place in 1618 and resulted in the destruction of the Fortaleza de San Serena.
